How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  All of our driveway gates (swing and sliding), fence, and some larger automatic gate openers ship Freight Collect via carriers we have worked with extensively. Shipping rates depend on the size and weight of the shipment as well as the destination. Please call us for a shipping quote to your destination for all large items. For garden gates and most equipment, UPS shipping costs are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.   Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

RETURN POLICY FOR AMAZING GATES

At Amazing Gates, uncompromising quality has been a proud tradition for over 19 years. Our gates are hand fabricated by well trained craftsmen and quality inspected before being professionally crated and shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your driveway gate, garden gate, fence, hardware, or equipment, you may return the item (non Made to Order) in its original condition within 30 days for a full cash refund or exchange. Returns beyond 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. We will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please note that refunds can take up to 60 days to process.

Warranty Information
We provide a Lifetime Warranty on our Hot Dipped Galvanized steel gates, fence and posts. The warranty covers structural damage to the steel. If your Amazing Gate product shows structural failure it will be replaced at no cost to you. This Lifetime Warranty is non – transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

Equipment Warranty
Gate operators and access controls are warranted for the period of time set by the manufacturer, typically 1 - 7 years. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. A $15.00 re-boxing fee will be charged for products that are returned without the manufacturer’s original box or if damaged. In most cases the advance replacement warranty will be handled by Amazing Gates. Please see a product's manual for specific warranty information.

When will my order ship?
  For the most accurate information regarding the status of your shipment, please call us at 1-800-234-3952. In stock items shipping UPS typically ship within 24-48 hours of order receipt. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
