that all AGA Valet Gate Openers listed here qualify for a credit allowance
of 30 percent - as authorized
by the Internal Revenue Code Section 25D under the definition provided
in
paragraph d.2.
Such qualification is conditional to:
1) The solar panel must provide the only
source of energy for the AGA Valet
gate opener.
2) The AGA Valet gate opener and the solar panel must be used in a residence
located in the United States.
3) The place of installation must be residence of the taxpayer.
Fill out IRS Form 5965 for the tax rebate.
