Amazing Gates of America announces the acquisition of the professional
line of automatic gate openers from Zareba Systems, Inc. The product
line purchase rounds out Amazing Gates' professional level gate
and fence packages targeted at Do-It-Yourself (DIY) home owners
and contractors.

today that it is acquiring the professional series automatic gate
opener product line from Zareba Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:ZRBA). Amazing
Gates ships "Do-It-Yourself" wrought iron driveway gates and fence to customers across the United States.
Ken Helfer, Managing Partner at Amazing Gates, says that he is
looking forward to adding the new gate openers to the product line
up. "Since our customers are primarily DIY homeowners as well as contractors looking
for better options, having a complete package that works well together
is key," says Helfer. "Our customers want to know that when everything arrives off the truck, it is
going to work together seamlessly. With this acquisition, we are

The company says it does not plan to market to
distributors, as Zareba did, but will offer the new gate openers
directly to its own customers beginning November 1. "For years we've had the ability to bring our gates and fence from the factory
