Choose the gate opener that provides the best value while accommodating your duty cycle, i.e. the frequency of use each day. Heavy use, as in commercial installations or multi-residence communities, will require a heavier duty driveway gate opener. For basic residential use or for light commercial, we recommend the Polaris 2000SL or the 2500 SL. Linear-Osco or Elite opener models are recommended heavy use sliding gates.
