Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your driveway gate, garden gate, fence, hardware, or equipment,
you may return the item (non Custom/ Made to Order) in its original condition
within 30 days for a full cash refund or exchange. Returns beyond 30 days will
be subject to a 20% restocking charge. We will refund shipping costs if the
return is a result of our error. Please note: No Returns Accepted After 90 Days.
Lifetime Warranty
We provide a Lifetime Warranty on our Hot
Dipped Galvanized steel gates, fence and posts. The warranty covers structural damage to the
steel. If your Amazing Gate product shows structural failure it will be replaced
at no cost to you. This Lifetime Warranty is non–transferable and only applies
to the original purchaser. Zinc Primer gates and fence (non-HDG)
are backed by our 3 Year Warranty.
All gates and
fence also come
with a full 1
Year warranty against manufacturer
defects.
In the event that you discover a defect,
we will
provide a replacement.
Equipment Warranty
Gate operators and access controls are warranted for the period of time set by
the manufacturer, typically 1 - 7 years. Products must be returned in the original
packaging and in the original condition. A $15.00 re-boxing fee will be charged
for products that are returned without the manufacturer’s original box or if
damaged. In most cases the advance replacement warranty will be handled by
Amazing Gates. Please see each product's manual for specific warranty information.
